Constructed from a semi-metallic, resin-bonded compound, the RST 4 aims for a smooth, progressive torque curve that feels natural under pedal. Its medium friction level combined with high thermal tolerance means you get good stopping power with less risk of sudden fade when disc temperatures soar. Originally developed for formula and open-wheel racing, RST 4 also works as a rear-axle compound for rally tarmac & gravel and as a supplemental pad for front-engine race cars needing balanced braking behavior.
